Abstract
Ön bacağın gövdeye bağlanması scapula, clavicula ve os coracoides olmak üzere üç adet kemikten meydana gelen cingulum aracılığıyla sağlanır. Bu kemiklerden clavicula kuşlarda mevcut olup equus ve ruminant’ta kaybolmuştur. İnsan ve maymun’da, scapula ve sternum arasında bir köprü oluşturacak şekilde gelişmiştir. Köpekte genellikle mevcut olmadığı, bazı büyük köpeklerde m. brachiocephalicus’un içerisinde çubuk şeklinde ufak bir kemik ya da kıkırdak halinde bulunabileceği, mevcut olduğu hallerde düzensiz şekilde 6-12 mm uzunluğunda bulunduğu bildirilmektedir. Yine kedide ince, eğri, çubuk benzeri 2-5 cm uzunluğunda olduğu bildirilmektedir. Çalışmamızda Anatomi Anabilim Dalı’mıza Bursa Hayvanat Bahçesi’nden gönderilen 23 yaşındaki erkek aslana ait clavicula makroskopik ve mikroskopik olarak incelendi. Clavicula’lardan sağ tarafta olan 7,5 cm. uzunluğunda olup 1 cm genişliğinde bir medial uca, sol taraftaki 8,5 cm uzunluğunda ve 0,94 cm genişliğinde bir medial uca ve yine her iki clavicula da belirgin bir corpus ve serbest uca sahiptir. Sağ clavicula’nın histolojik olarak incelenmesi sonucunda yapının sekonder normal kemik dokusundan meydana geldiği tespit edildi.
Thoracic limb unites to the trunk with thoracic girdle which consists of coracoid, clavicle and scapula. Clavicle is fully developed in birds and lost in equus and ruminant. In man and monkey it is developed and forms a bridge between the scapula and the sternum. Generally it is not present in dogs but it can be present a rod-like small bone or cartilage that embedded in brachiocephalic muscle. If it is present, it’s shape is irregular and 6-12mm long. In the cat it is thin, curved, 2-5 cm long and rod-like bone. In this study macroscopic and microscopic investigation of a male lion, 23 years old, which came from Bursa Zoo. Rigth clavicle is 7,5 cm lenght and has a medial end which is 1 cm wide, left clavicle is 8,5 cm lenght and it has a medial end which is 0,94 cm wide. Both of them has a shaft and a free end. In the histological investigation of right clavicle it has been observed that it was consisted of normal secondary bone tissue.
