Abstract
Bu çalışmada, boyalı kumaşlarının soldurulmasında sodyum borhidrür kimyasalının en etkili kullanım şartlarını belirlemek hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmaya Pamuk/Elastan karışımı dokuma kumaşı farklı renkte ve yapıda reaktif boyarmaddelerle pad-batch yöntemi ile boyayarak başlanılmıştır. Seçilen reaktif boyarmadde yapıları antrakinon, fitalosiyanin ve formazan esaslıdır.Boyarmaddelerin soldurulmasında, piyasada yaygın olarak kullanılan yöntemlere alternatif olarak daha etkili olacağı düşünülen sodyum borhidrür kimyasalı ile farklı konsantrasyon, sıcaklık ve sürelerde deneyler yapılmıştır. Ayrıca karşılaştırma yapmak için konvansiyonel indirgeme ajanları olarak kullanılan sodyum hidrosülfit ve tiyoüredioksit ile de soldurma çalışması yapılmıştır.Denemeler sonucunda elde edilen numunelerin spektrofotometre cihazında ölçülen renk değerleri ve ekstansiyometre cihazında ölçülen elastikiyet değerleri incelenmiş ve yöntemler kıyaslanmıştır.
In this study, it was aimed to determine the most effective usage conditions of sodium borohidyride for stripping of dyed fabrics. The study started with dyeing different colors and structure of reactive dyestuffs by cold-patch method of Cotton/Elastane mixture weaving fabric. The selected reactive dyestuffs structures are based on anthraquinone, phtalocyanine and formazan.To stripe the dyestuff, instead of commonly used methods in the market, different concentrations of sodium borohydride and application time and temperature were tried as an alternative. Further, dyed fabrics were stripped with sodium hydrosulphide and thiouredioxide for comparison.Color values which measured by spectrophotometer and elasticity values which measured by extensionmeter were evaluated and the methods were compared.
