Havadaki uçucu organik bileşiklerin adsorbent tüp yöntemi ile örneklenmesi ve termal desorpsiyon-gaz kromatografi yöntemi ile analizi

Abstract

Adsorbent tüpler kullanılarak aktif örnekleme yöntemi ile toplanan hava örneklerinin termal desorbsiyon- gaz kromatografi ile analizleri yapılmıştır. Havada bulunan ve uçucu organik bileşiklerden benzen, toluen, ksilen bileşiklerinin ve toplam uçucu organik bileşik derişimleri (ug/m3) hesaplanarak, örnekleme bölgeleri olarak seçilen kampus, çok katlı açık otopark, kapalı otopark, petrol istasyonu ve şehir merkezinde ölçülen derişimler karşılaştırılmıştır. Ayrıca ölçüm sonuçlan dünyadaki ölçülmüş diğer şehirlerle karşılaştırılmış ve benzen, toluen, ksilen için ölçülen değerlerin benzer seviyelerde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Örnekleme 2001 Kasım, Aralık ve 2002 Ocak aylarında gerçekleştirilmiştir.Analysis of air samples which are collecled using adsorbent tubes and active sampling method were performed by thermal desorption - gas chromatography. Amounts of some volatile organic compounds found in air, such as benzene, toluen, xylene and total volatile organic compounds were calculated as fig / m3 and compared for sampling sites chosen such that campus, multistorey open car park, underground car park, petroleum station and city center. Results were compared with measured concentration of some other cities around the world and similar values found for benzene, toluene and xylene. Samples were collected in November and December 2001, January 2002.
