dc.description.abstract	Bu çalışmada ,eksantrik olarak tahrik edilen bir yay yorulma test cihazının tasarımı ve imalat aşamaları açıklanmaktadır. Yaylarda yorulma en önemli hasar nedenlerinden bir tanesidir. Bu nedenle yayların ömrünün doğru şekilde tespiti için deneyler önem taşımaktadır. Literatürde yer alan öneriler dikkate alınarak imal edilmiş olan yay yorma cihazı ile gerçekleştirilen ilk deneysel sonuçlar da yayında yer almaktadır.
dc.description.abstract	In this study, the design and manufacturing steps of the fatigue test device with eccentric is investigated. One of the most important factors that affect the life of a spsing is fatigue. Therefore, in order for account the advices and applications in the literature; a spring fatigue test device is manufactured.
