Abdullah B. Mes'ûd'un ictihadlarında sünnetin rolü

Abstract

Abdullah b. Mes'ûd sahabenin önde gelen fakihlerindendir. Bu özelliğiyle o, İslam düşünce geleneğinin kurucu asrını temsil eden râşid halifeler döneminde etkin roller üstlenmiş ve İslam düşüncesini sonraki dönemler için daha da belirgin hale getirmiş öncü şahsiyetlerdendir. Bu durum, Hz. Peygamber'in onu yakınında bulundurması ve onun eğitimiyle özel olarak ilgilenip sonraki sürece hazırlamasının doğal bir sonucudur. Dolayısıyla İbn Mes'ûd'un ictihadları, bu sürecin kazandırdığı sünnet bilgisi ve bilincinin ürünleri olarak görülmelidir. Ayrıca İbn Mes'ûd'un sünnet algısı, ictihadları ve bu ictihadların dayandığı yöntemin tespiti; doğrudan sünneti resmedecek verilerin, sünnet hakkında verilecek genel hükümlere giden doğru önermelerin kaynağı olacaktır.Abdullah b. Mas'ûd is one of the leading scholar of the Sahaba. He, with his this feature, has played a prominent role during the period of Rashid Caliphs which is the century of the foundation of Islamic thought tradition and also he was such a leader character who carried Islamic thought more clear for the next generations. This situation, it is a natural consequence of Muhammad (s.a.s)'s nearness to him and Prophet's special attention to his education and preparation for the next periods. Therefore, the ijtihad of Ibn Mas'ûd should be seen as the product of the sunnah knowledge and conscious that had been gained in this duration. In addition, Ibn Mas'ûd's perception of the sunnah, ijtihads and the method on which these ijtihads are based will be the source of the correct proposals and the set for depiction of the sunnah.
