İhsâu'l-Ulûm adlı eseri çerçevesinde Fârâbî'de mantık

Abstract

İslam felsefe tarihinde "Muallim-i Sâni" ünvanı ile bilinen Ebû Nasr el-Fârâbî, mantık ve felsefeye dair eserleriyle bu düşünce geleneğinde büyük bir önem arz etmektedir. Mantık öğrenilmeden felsefe eğitiminin yetersiz olacağı kanaatine sahip olan düşünür, mantıkçı kimliğiyle bu alanda yetkin isimlerden kabul edilmektedir. Fârâbî, en yüksek mutluluğu elde etmeye dayanan bir felsefî tasavvur oluşturmaktadır. Bu mutluluğun tahsilinde kullanılacak yol ve metotların bilinip izah edilmesine ihtiyaç vardır. Söz konusu yöntemlerden biri de mantıktır. Bu çalışmada İhsâu'l-Ulûm(İlimlerin Sayımı) adlı eseri kapsamında Fârâbî'de mantık ele alınmaktadır. Bu bağlamda mantığın içeriği, faydası, konusu, adı ve kısımlarına yer verilerek değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Çalışmamızda, bu eserine bağlı kalarak mantığa dair unsurların incelenmesi ve mantığın felsefe ilmi içerisindeki konumunun belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Abû Nasr al-Fârâbî, known in the history of Islamic philosophy with the title ''Muallim-i Sâni ", is of great importance in this tradition of thought with his works on logic and philosophy. The thinker, who has the opinion that philosophy education will be inadequate without learning logic, is accepted by the competent names in this field with his logic identity. Fârâbî constitutes a philosophical imagination based on achieving the highest happiness.There is a need to know and explain the ways and methods to ensure this happiness. One of the methods is logic. In this study, logic is discussed in Fârâbî within the scope of his work İhsâu'l Ulûm (Census of Sciences). In this context, the content, usefulness, subject, name and parts of logic are evaluated. In this our study, it is aimed to examine the elements of logic and to determine the position of logic in the science of philosophy by adhering to this work.
