Abstract

Thousands of life and propeny have been unfortunately lost by the latest canlıquake in Turkey. In order to prevent the same things that could happen again, the current responsibilities of the architectures and the engineers have to be improved. In addition to this, the control mechanism of the building sector has to be reorganized. For this purpose is that, the present work together with some constructive comments has been undertakenBu çalışmada Türkiye'deki son depremler sonucu oluşan mal ve can kaybının yeniden yaşanmamasında genelde mimar ve mühendislerin özelde tesisat mühendislerinin mevcut sorumluluklarının ne şekilde yeniden yapılandırılabileceği incelenmiştir. Yapı sektöründe denetim mekanizmasının yenilenmesinde öneriler sunulmuştur.
