Temiz üretim çalışmaları ve bir kobi örneği uygulaması

Abstract

Birçok gelişmiş ülkede, kirlilik kontrolü üzerine yoğunlaşan klasik çevre koruma yaklaşımının etkin bir çevre yönetimi olmadığı anlaşılmış, bunun yerine alternatif yeni yaklaşımlar ve yenilikçi teknolojiler benimsenmiştir. Özellikle sürdürülebilir kalkınma kavramı ile ortaya atılan temiz üretim kavramı çevresel sorunları çözmede en etkin yol olarak görülmektedir. Bu çalışma kapsamında, bir metal sanayi işletmesinde tüm proses girdileri göz önüne alınarak temiz üretim fırsatları araştırılmıştır. Su ve enerji tüketimini azaltıcı aynı zamanda hurdaların tekrar hammadde 'ye dönüştürülmesine yönelik alternatifler ortaya konmuştur. Temiz üretim ile herhangi bir proses üzerinde % 20'lik iyileştirmenin kendini birkaç ay içinde amorti edebilecek özellik taşıdığı hipotezi doğrulanarak, geliştirilen alternatiflerin %80'nin 1 yıldan kısa süre içinde kendini amorti edeceği ortaya konmuştur.

In many developed countries, it is understood that the classical environmental protection approach which focuses on pollution control is not an efficient environmental management, so new approaches and techniques have been adopted. Especially, the concept of cleaner production that is put forward with the concept of sustainable progress is considered as the best way to solve environmental problems. In the scope of this research, possible cleaner production opportunities for a metal industry are examined, considering the metal industry processs inputs The alternatives have been presented in the way of reduction in water and enery consumption as well as in the convervation of scraps to the raw materials. This scienfic study based on a hypothesis ,which claims that an 20 % of improvement in any process can pay itself in a few months, has been approved. It is pointed out that 80 % of the cleaner production alternatives payed itself in less than 1 year.
