İbnü'n-Nefîs'in el-Muhtasar fî İlm-i Usûli'l-hadisi'n-Nebevî adlı eseri

Abstract

Hadis usûlü, hadisleri kabul ve red açısından ele alan bir disiplin olmanın yanında geniş bir edebiyata da sahiptir. Müstakil anlamda h. IV. asırda başlayan bu faaliyetlere dair ilgi, günümüze değin devam etmiştir. Bu faaliyetler den biri de küçük kan dolaşımını keşfetmesiyle bilenen İbnü'n-Nefîs'in el-Muhtasar fî ilm-i usûli'l-hadîs'in-Nebevî, isimli hadis usûlüne dair eseridir. Bu çalışmamız İbnü'n-Nefîs'in mezkûr eseri çerçevesinde şekillenmiş, birinci bölümde İbnü'n-Nefîs'in hayatına, eserlerine ve genel olarak yaşadığı ortama değinilmiş; ikinci bölümde eserin muhtasar isimi taşımasından dolayı muhtasar türü telif eserlerinden bahsedilmiş ve söz konusu eser hadis usûlü açısından ele alınmaya ve müellifin tarafımızca önemli görülen görüşlerine temas edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Eserin hem uslûp hem de muhteva açısından özgün olduğu ve herhangi bir eserin özeti olmadığı sonuçlarına varılmıştır.

Methodology of hadith is a discipline dealing with the hadiths in terms of acceptance and rejection, and has a broad literature. Interest to these activities only started in hijri IV. Century and has continued until today. Al-Muhktasar Fî Ilm-I Usûli'l-Hadîs is the only book of Ibn al-Nafis known for discovering the microcirculation, regarding the methodology of hadith. This study was shaped in accordance with the aforementioned book of Ibn al-Nafis, and life, works and the environment in which he lived in general of Ibn al-Nafis were dealt with in the first chapter; in the second chapter, copyrighted materials in the type of muhktasar were addressed as the book has "muhktasar" in its name. In this chapter, the mentioned work was dealt with in terms of methodology of hadith and the opinions of the writer which we deemed important were touched upon. It was concluded that the book is authentic in terms of both style and content, and it is not a summary of any work.
