Reaktif grubu boyarmaddelerin viskon ve pamuk liflerinin bazı fiziksel özelliklerine etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada reaktif grubu boyarmaddelerle pamuklu ve viskon mamullerin çektirme yöntemine göre boyanmasında mukavemet, renk haslıkları, boyanabilirlik gibi bazı fiziksel özelliklerinin incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Birinci bölümde konunun önemi ve çalışmanın amaçları ortaya konmuştur. İkinci bölümde reaktif boyama, çektirme yöntemi ve boyama işlemleriyle ilgili literatür çalışması yer almaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde, deneysel işlemlerde kullanılan kumaşlar, boyarmaddeler, kimyasallar, deneylerde, kullanılan cihazlar ve uygulama metodları verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, deneysel çalışmanın sonuçları hakkında tartışılmış ve son bölümde ise konu ile ilgili toplu bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır.

In this work the investigation of the resistance when reactive group dyes, cotton and rayon product is dyed with exhaust method and also the investigation of some physical property like colour fastness dye ability was aimed. The content of the first part is the importance of the subject and the aims of the work. In the second part there is a literatüre work about reactive dye, pulling method and dye procedure. In the third part fabrics which are used in experimental procedure, dye substances, chemicals, apparatus which are used in experiment and practice methods were given. In the fourth part the result of the experiment was discussed and lastly a common appraisement about the subject was done.
