Epileptik fokus tespitinde interiktal spect ile EEG'nin kıyaslanması

Abstract

Nöbet formlarına bakılmaksızın EEC 'lerinde fok us tespit edilen 17 olguda SPECT çalışıldı. Çalışmaya alınan 17 olgunun 14 'ünde (% 82. 3) ve tekrarlanan EEC 'lerinde fokusu aynı tarafta ısrar eden 10 olgunun 7 'sinde EEC ve SP ECT patolojisi uyumlu bulunarak epilepside SPECT çalışmasının fokus tespitinde yararlı olduğu sonucuna varıldı

SPECT was studied in 17 patients who uncared for their epileptic seizure forms and presented epileptic focus on their EEC. In this study in 14 of 17 patients (% 82.3) and focuses persisled on EEC which was repeated and 7 of 10 EEG and SPECT pathologies are consistent with each other and it was concluded that SPECT study has been useful for establishing focus in epilepsy.
