Bursa ili İznik ilçesi mevcut donatı alanlarının açık-yeşil alan verilerinin saptanması

Abstract

Kentsel peyzaj planlamanın temel amacı; kent halkının fiziksel, sosyal, psikolojik ve ekonomik gereksinimlerini karşılayan ve aynı zamanda da kentlerin doğal ve kültürel peyzaj değerlerinin korunduğu donatı alanları oluşturmaktır. Hızlı ve düzensiz kentsel gelişimler sonucu kentlerde tek tip formlar oluşumu sonucunda kent alanları bozulup, doğal çevre tahrip edilip, kirlenmektedir. Bu nedenle açık yeşil alanlar insanların ihtiyaçlarına cevap verememektedir. Bursa İli İznik ilçesi, tarihi M.Ö 316 yıllarına kadar dayanan, dört imparatorluğa başkentlik yapmış, dünyada eşine az rastlanan, tarihi ve antik bir kenttir. İlçedeki plansız kentleşme, turizm ve sanayi çalışmalarının sonucunda yanlış alınan kullanım kararlarının düzeltilmesine ışık tutmasıdır. İznik’in doğal ve kültürel peyzaj değerlerinin korunarak gelişmesi, donatı alanları ve açık-yeşil alan verilerinin saptanması, mevcut durumun ortaya konması ve ilçenin özelliklerine uygun açık-yeşil alan standartlarını belirleyecek olan verilerin elde edilmesi tez konusunun amacını oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın ana materyalini İznik ilçesinde bulunan 46 mahalle ve bu mahallelerin güncel dijital planları oluşturmaktadır. Bu planlar Autocad 2015 programı ile sayısallaştırılarak gruplandırılan donatı alanlarının büyüklükleri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen büyüklüklerin mahalle kavramında verilen ölçütlere uymadığı tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilenler sonucunda İznik ilçesi mahallelerinde tüm sorunlara çözüm getirilecek şekilde doğal, kültürel ve en önemlisi tarihi özellikleri dikkate alınarak planların yeniden düzenlenmesi gerekmektedir.

The main purpose of urban landscape planning; to create reinforcement areas that meet the physical, social, psychological and economic needs of the city people and at the same time protect the natural and cultural landscape values of the cities. As a result of the formation of uniform forms in cities as a result of rapid and irregular urban developments, urban areas deteriorate and the natural environment is destroyed and polluted. For this reason, open green areas cannot meet the needs of people. The Iznik district of Bursa province is a historical and ancient city that dates back to 316 BC, was the capital of four empires, and is rare in the world. Unplanned urbanization in the district sheds light on the correction of wrong usage decisions as a result of tourism and industrial studies. The purpose of our thesis is to protect the natural and cultural landscape values of Iznik and to determine the reinforcement areas and open-green area data, to reveal the current situation and to obtain the data that will determine the opengreen area standards in accordance with the characteristics of the district. The main material of the study consists of 46 neighborhoods in Iznik and the current digital plans of these neighborhoods. These plans were digitized with Autocad 2015 program and the sizes of the grouped reinforcement areas were obtained. It was determined that the sizes obtained did not fit the criteria given in the concept of neighborhood. As a result of the findings, it is necessary to rearrange the plans by taking into account the natural, cultural and most importantly historical features in order to solve all the problems detected in the neighborhoods of Iznik district.
