Tirold hemiagenezisl (Olgu sunumu)

Abstract

Yirmi dört yaşındaki bayan hasta, daha önce çekilen tiroid sintigrafisi raporu ile palpasyon bulguların uyumsuzluğu nedeniyle hastanemize gönderilmiştir. Tc-99m pergel etut ile tekrarlanan tiroid sintigrafisinde sol lob ve isthmus görüntülenmemiş, yalnız sağ lobda homojen tutulum izlenmiştir. Tiroid fonksiyon testleri normal olan hastanın ultrasonografik incelemesinde ise sol lob ve isthmus lokalizasyonunda tiroid dokusu olmadığı görülmüştür.The patient is a 24 year-old female, referred for thyroid scintigraphy because of discordant findings between previous scintigraphy and palpation. Wlth repeated Tc-99m pertechnetate thyroid scintigraphy isthmus and left lobe were not imaged, only homogenous uptake was seen in the right lobe. In the ultrasonographic study no thyroid tissue was seen in the left lobe and isthmus localization.
