Haşim er-Rifai (1935-1959) örneğinde Arap siyasî şiiri

Abstract

Napolyon öncülüğünde Fransız askerlerinin Mısır’ı işgali ile başlayan Mısır Modern Arap siyasi tarihi, Mısır’ın siyasî, toplumsal ve edebî hayatını derinden etkilemiştir. Mısır, ekonomik zorluklar, gelir dağılımındaki dengesizlikler, fakirlik gibi birçok sorunla karşı karşıya kalmıştır. Halkı etkileyen bu olayların, şairlere etki etmemesi düşünülemez. O dönemi yaşayan şairler, ülkelerindeki siyasal ve toplumsal hayatı şiirlerine yansıtmış, siyasî ve dinî eğilimlerine göre de bir tutum sergilemişlerdir. Bunlardan biri olan Hâşim er-Rifâ‘î, Mısır’ın sorunlarını yansıtmak, halkını bilinçlendirmek ve yöneticileri uyarmak amacıyla bir çok şiir kaleme alarak edebî sanatını icra etmiştir. Genç yaşta ölmesine rağmen geride bıraktığı eserler, muhteva ve edebiyat bakımından son derece zengindir. Genelde siyasî ve toplumsal şiirler kaleme alan şair, diğer şiirler türlerine de yer vermiştir. Edebî sanatları doğru bir şekilde kullanmış ve zamanının ileri gelen şairlerinden olmuştur. Şiir tecrübesini genellikle halkının inancını ve gayretini diri tutmak ve İslam ümmetinin daha önce olduğu gibi tekrar aziz olduğu günlerine dönmesi için kullanmıştır. Tez; giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Girişte, Hâşim er-Rifâ‘î’nin yaşadığı yüzyılda meydana gelen siyasal olaylara göz atılmakta, birinci bölümde, siyasi şiirin genel hatlarıyla incelenmekte, ikinci bölümde, hayatı ve şiir konuları ele alınmakta, üçüncü bölümde ise, şiirlerinin dil, üslup ve edebî unsurlar açısından değerlendirilmesi yapılmaktadır.

The modern Arab political history of Egypt, which started with the occupation of Egypt by the French soldiers under the leadership of Napoleon, has deeply affected the political, social and literary life of Egypt. Egypt faced many problems such as economic difficulties, imbalances in income distribution, and poverty. It is inevitable that these events affecting the public will affect the poets. The poets lived in that period reflected their countries’ political and social life in their poems and displayed an attitude according to their political and religious tendencies. Among them, Hasheem al-Rifâ‘î, has performed his literary art by writing many poems in order to reflect the problems of Egypt, to raise awareness of its people and to warn the rulers. Although he died at a young age, the works he left behind are extremely rich in terms of content and literature. The poet, who generally wrote political and social poems, also included other types of poems. He used literary arts correctly and became one of the leading poets of his time. The thesis consists of introduction and three parts. In the introduction part a look at the political events that took place in the period of Hasheem al-Rifâ‘î has been taken, in the first part, political poetry is examined in general terms, in the second part, his life and poetry are discussed and in the third part, his poems are evaluated in terms of language, style and literary elements.
