Balıkesir çimento fabrikasındaki mevcut pnömatik bir sistemin eşdeğer bir mekanik sistem ile karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Balıkesir çimento fabrikasında mevcut pnömatik transport sistemi çok fazla güç tüketmekte ve sık sık arıza yapmaktadır, Bu sebeple, bu çalışmada, mevcut sisteme alternatif bir transport sistemi, teklif edilmiştir. Bu çalışma yedi bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk üç bölümde çimento sanayiindeki pnömatik sistemler ile teklif edilen sistemler hakkında bilgi vermektedir. Teklif edilen mekanik sistem bantlı konveyör ve elevatörden meydana gelmektedir. Dördüncü bölümde Bal.Çim.Fab.'dan transport dataları toplanmıştır. Beşinci bölümde kurulması düşünülen mekanik sistemin hesapla maları altıncı bölümde pnömatik sistem ile mekanik sistemin maliyet analizi yapılmıştır. Yedinci bölüm sonuçlardan oluşmuştur. Sonuçta mekanik sistemin pnömatik sistemden daha avantajlı olduğu görülmektedir.There is highly power consumption of pneumatic transporting system at cement factory of Balıkesir and it often runs off. So an alternatively transporting system have been presented in this study. This study have seven chapter. In first three chapter some informations have been şiven about the pneumatic trans porting systems and mechanical systems presented here, which is used in cement industry, Belted conveyer and elevator are mechanical systems presented here. In the fourth chapter transporting dataes have been given collected from cement factory of Balıkesir. In the fifth chapter. technical calcula tions have been given of the mechanical systems presented here. In the sixth chapter, economical analysis have been mads pneumatic system and our mechanical systems. And in the seventh chapter, some results have men given, It has been seen that our mechanical system has more advantages than pneumatic system, according to this result.
