Üretim planlamasında çok hedefli doğrusal hedef programlama ve bir tekstil işletmesinde uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı iki yönlüdür. Birincisi üretim planlamasının işletmeler için önemini ve üretim planlaması ile karar verme için çok hedefli doğrusal hedef programlamanın yararlarının açıklamasını sağlamaktır. Bu, çalışmanın teori kısmını oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın teori kısmında Doğrusal Hedef Programlamanın türlerinden üç tanesi olan; Lexicographic Hedef Programlama, Ağırlıklı Hedef Programlama ve MINMAX Hedef Programlama açıklanmıştır. Bilindiği üzere, Hedef Programlamanın amacı, hedef değişkenlerindeki sapmaları minimize etmektir. İkincisi ise, Doğrusal Hedef Programlamanın Bursa’daki bir tekstil işletmesinde uygulamasıdır. Bunun için öncelikle Hedef Programlama modeli işletme için kurulmuş olup, amaç fonksiyonları ve model için kısıtlayıcılar için gerekli veriler toplanmıştır. Daha sonra işletmenin Doğrusal Programlama modeli oluşturularak üst yönetimin hedefleri tanımlandı Üst yönetimin hedefleri doğrultusunda; Lexicographic Hedef Programlama modeli, Ağırlıklı Doğrusal Hedef Programlama ve Eşit Ağırlıklı Doğrusal Hedef Programlama modelleri Bursa’daki bir tekstil işletmesi için kurulmuştur. Bu modeller, Lingo bilgisayar paket programı ile çözülmüştür ve işletmenin üretim planlaması ve karar verme modellerinin çözümleri değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmamız işletmelerde analitik karar verme ve bu konuda çalışanlar için yararlı olacağı görüşündeyiz.The aim of this study is two fold. First is putting the importance of production planning for the companies and to explain the useful of Multigoal Linear Programming for production planning and for desicion making. This, constitutes the therotical part of the study. We explained three typies of linear goal programming such as Lexicographic Goal programming, weighted Linear Goal Programming and MINMAX Linear Goal programming in the therotical part of this study. As you know the objective of goal programming is minimize the goal devation variables. Second is application of linear goal programming in a textile company - Bursa. Firstly to construct linear programming model for the company, we collected required datas for objective function and constraints of the model. Later we constracted linear programming model of the textile company and defined the goals of the top management. According to the goals of top management we constracted, lexicographic goal programming model, weighted linear goal programming model and equal weighted linear goal programming model for the textile company in Bursa. We solved these models by Lingo computer program and evaluated the solutions of the models for production planing and decision making for the company. Our study can be helpful for analitical decision making for companies and studiers in this subject.
