Süreç inovasyonunun maliyetlere etkisi ve bir uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, süreç inovasyonunun işletme maliyetleri üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Maliyetler inovasyon performansını belirleyen etmenlerden biridir ve herhangi bir inovasyonun başarıya ulaşması, maliyetlerinin doğru anlaşılması ile ilişkilidir. İnovasyon yüksek maliyetler ile çıktı elde etme sürecidir ve getirisi uzun döneme yayılmaktadır. Çalışmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak Uluslararası inovasyon ölçüm aracı olarak kabul edilen Topluluk İnovasyon Anketi (TİA) temel alınmıştır. Farklı sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren makine ve lojistik firmalarının fayda ve maliyetleri süreç inovasyonu açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, üretim ve hizmet sektörlerinde faaliyet gösteren firmaların iş yapma süreçlerinde gerçekleşen inovasyon, firmaların direkt işçilik giderlerinde azalma sağlarken, inovasyonun ilk uygulamasında ilk madde ve malzeme giderlerinde ve genel üretim giderlerinde artmaya neden olmaktadır. Üretim ve hizmetin işlem sürecinde (hız) artma gerçekleşmektedir.

The study was based on the Community Innovation Questionnaire (CIS), which is accepted as an international innovation measurement tool. The process innovation benefits and costs of machinery and logistics firms were compared. As a result, while reducing the direct labor costs of the companies performing the process innovation in the production and service sectors, it causes an increase in the direct raw materials and supplies costs and general production costs in the first application of innovation. Increases in the speed of processing of production and service.
