Profesyonelleşme projesi: Türk sağlık alanında bir analiz

Abstract

Bu çalışma, kurumsal çevre değişimleri ile Türkiye'de hemşirelik mesleğinin profesyonelleşmesinin nasıl şekillendiği ve alandaki aktörlerin rollerinin neler olduğu belirlenmesi üzerine yapılmıştır. Mesleğin kurumsallaşması ve profesyonelleşmesi sırasında devlet aktörünün ön planda olduğu Kuzey Avrupa ve Kuzey Amerika örneklerinde hemşireliğin profesyonelleşme sürecinin nasıl tamamlandığı ve hangi aşamalardan geçtiği incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda Türkiye konjoktüründe profesyonelleşme süreci nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemeleri ile tespit edilmiştir. Bulgular; Türkiye'de devlet dominasyonundan dolayı hemşirelik mesleğinin profesyonelleşme ve kurumsallaşma çalışmalarında belirli bir seviyeye geldiği ancak çalışmaların devam ettiği tespit edilmiştir.

In this study, how it shaped the professionalization of nursing profession in Turkey with institutional environmental changes and are made on the determination as to what the roles of the actors in the field. In the cases of North Europe and North America, where the state actor is at the forefront during the institutionalization and professionalization of the profession, how the professionalization process of nursing is completed and what stages it went through were examined. Thus the professionalization process in the context of Turkey conjuncture is analyzed. In this study, content analysis technique through document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The results show that the professionalization of nursing profession in Turkey reached a certain level of institutionalization studies, but was determined to continue to develop because of the state domination.
