Takım tezgahlarında kesici hareketlerinin benzetimi ve metal kesme değişkenlerinin optimizasyonu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, tek pasolu ve çok pasolu tornalama için optimum metal kesme değişkenlerinin belirlenmesi problemi ele alınmıştır. Amaç fonksiyonu olarak maliyet denklemi kullanılmıştır. Güç, yüzey pürüzlülüğü ve ilerleme fonksiyonları ise optimizasyon probleminin kısıtlayıcı denklemleridir. Tek pasolu tornalama işleminde metal kesme değişkenlerinin optimizasyonu geometrik programlama yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Çok pasolu tornalama işleminde metal kesme değişkenlerinin optimizasyonu ise geometrik programlama ve dinamik programlama yöntemlerinin birlikte kullanılmasıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.In this study, the problem of determining the optimum cutting conditions for single-pass and multi-pass turning is considered. As an objective function, production cost is used. Power, surface finish and feed functions are constraints of the optimization problem. Optimization of cutting conditions of single-pass turning is carried out by using geometric programming method. Optimization of cutting conditions of multi-pass turning is carried out by using geometric programming method in conjunction with dynamic programming method.
