Poliester mamullere uygulanan kostikleme işleminin baskı sonuçlarına etkisinin araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, kostikleme işleminin polyester kumaşların baskı sonuçlan üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Polyester kumaşlar farklı oranlarda ağırlık kaybına uğrayacak şekilde kostiklenmiş ve bunlar üzerine dispers baskı yapılarak sonuçlar çeşitli test yöntemleri ile değerlendirilmiştir. Baskı işlemleri üç ayrı seri halinde yapılmıştır. Birinci seride tüm kumaş tiplerine sabit şartlar altında baskı yapılmış ve ikinci seride farklı ağırlık kaybına uğratılmış kumaşlara sabit baskı patı aktarmak (basmak) için gerekli öten baskı şartlan optimize edilmiştir. Üçüncü seride, optimize edilmiş şartlarda baskılar yapılarak sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir.

In this study, the effect of alkali treatment conditions on the behavior of the polyester fabrics during printing with disperse dyes has been investigated. Polyester fabrics have been deweigthed at different rates and tested the effects on the printed fabrics. Three different stages have been routed. In the first, under the same printing conditions have been worked. In the second, worked under different printing conditions, with the same amount of paste transferred on the samples, which gave the optimum colour yield, have been found. In the last, at the optimum conditions, the printing qualities of the printed samples have been tested.
