Özet
Bu çalışmada, EPROM ve programlanması anlatılmıştır. Hafızalar hakkında kısa bir temel bilgi verildikten sonra Z.80A PIO ve RE 350 giriş-çıkış portu (dış-açılma birimi) ile ilgili donanım ve yazılım üzerinde durulmuştur. Bundan sonra asıl EPROM programlayıcı devre gerçekleştirilmiştir. Programlama dili olarak, ZX Spectrum ve RE 350 G/Ç portu ile uyumlu BASIC kullanılmıştır. Son olarak cihazın işletimine ait programlar yazılmıştır.
In this report, EPROM and its programming have been studied. After giving a basic knowledge on memories, the hardware and software concerning the Z.80A PIO and the RE 350 I/0 port have been given. The programming language used on the study is the BASIC being compatible with the ZX Spectrum and the RE 350 port. Finally, the operation programs of the set have been written aut.
