Sakarya ili Akyazı ilçesinde entansif besi sığırcılığı yapan işletmelerin ekonomik analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışma ile, Akyazı ilçesinde entansif olarak besi sığırcılığı yapan işletmelerin ekonomik yapıları ve sorunlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır» İncelenen işletmelerde sermaye toplamı içerisinde en büyük payı % 50.9 luk oranı ile bina sermayesi alırken onu % 23,7'lik payı ile hayvan sermayesi izlemektedir. ' İncelenen işletmelerde hayvan başına elde edilen gayrisafi hasıla l.grup işletmelerde (10-25 hayvan) 1819444 TL.- iken, 2. grup işletmelerde (26 ve daha fazla hayvan) bu değer 1491756 TL.- olarak bulunmuş işletmeler ortalamasında ise bu değer 1580171 IU- olarak saptanmıştır» İşletmelerde en büyük masraf grubunu işletmeler ortalaması değerlerine göre % 48, 09' luk payı ile hayvan alım masrafları mey dana getirmekte onu $ 35,38 lik payı ile yem masrafları takip etmektedir. Hayvan başına yapılan işletme masrafları bakımından 2. grup işletmeler l.grup işletmelere göre, daha avantajlı durumdadırlar.Determination of economic structure and related problems of cattle breeding production in the Akyazı district were aimed in this study» The ratio of building capital has been found 50.9 percent which greatest ratio in the total capital of farms and animal capi tal has second order with 23,7 percent. Gross. income per ani mal head in farms was determined as 1819444 îu- on first group of farms, 1491765 TL.- on second group of farms and it was determined 1580171 TL.- as the average of all farms. The valm of purchased animal had the biggest share with 48,09 percent while» feed cost took the second order with 35,38 percent. The first farms group have more advantage than second group when take ints consideration operating cost per head.
