Siyah alaca süt sığırlarında süt proteinleri polimorfizmi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Bursa bölgesinde yetiştirilen toplam 203 baş Siyah Alaca ırkı inekte horizontal-nişasta-jel elektroforezi kullanılarak süt proteinleri (aS1-Kn, p-Kn, K-Kn ve p-Lg) polimorfizmi araştırılmıştır. aS1-Kn lokusunda B ve C, p-Kn lokusunda A ve B, K-Kn lokusunda A ve B, Ş- Lg lokusunda A ve B olmak üzere iki allel saptanmıştır. Allel frekansları ve standart hataları; aS1-Kn B, p-Kn A, K-Kn A ve p-Lg B için sırasıyla 0.862±0.0171; 0.967±0.0009, 0.712±0.0224; 0.567±0.0245 olarak bulunmuştur. K-Kn lokusu hariç diğer lokusların tümünde beklenen ve gözlenen genotip/fenotip frekansları arasındaki farkın istatistik olarak önemsiz olduğu ve çalışılan populasyonun Hardy Weinberg dengesinde olduğu gözlenmiştir.

İn this study, the polymorphism of milk protein ( aS-ı-Kn, p-Kn, K-Kn and p-Lg) was investigated on total of 203 head Holstein Friesian cows reared in Bursa Region by using horizontal starch-ürea gel electrophoresis. Two allel was determined as B and C in ası - Cn locus, A and B in P- Cn, k- Cn and P- Lg loci. Allelic frequencies and Standard deviations obtained for aS-ı-Kn B 0.862±0.0171, p-Kn A 0.967±0.0009, K-Kn A 0.712±0.0224 and p-Lg B 0.567±0.0245 respectively. The differences among expected and observed genotypic frequencies were insignifıcant for ali other İoci, expect K-Kn locus.
