Covid-19 pandemi sürecinin acil servise serebrovasküler hastalık tanısı ile başvuran hastalara etkilerinin retrospektif olarak analizi

Abstract

Serebrovasküler hastalık (SVH) acil servislere sık başvuru nedenlerinden biridir. Tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan COVID-19 enfeksiyonunun etkilerinin incelenmesi sonucunda virüsün SVH ile ilişkili olabileceği tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, pandemi döneminde görülen SVH’ın pandemi öncesi döneme göre farklılıklarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Acil Servisinde serebrovasküler hastalığı bulunan hastaların pandemi öncesi ve pandemi sonrası dönemdeki başvuruları kayıt altına alınmıştır. COVID-19 enfeksiyonunun incelenmesi ve serebrovasküler hastalığın tanımı ve türleri hakkında bilgilere yer verilen çalışmamızda Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Acil Servisine başvuran SVH hastalarının kayıtlarından yola çıkarak analizleri yapılmış ve sonuç olarak SVH tanısı alan hastaların pandemi öncesi ve sonrasındaki durumları hakkında bilgilere yer verilmiştir.

Cerebrovascular disease (CVD) is one of the common reasons for emergency department admissions. As a result of studying the effects of COVID-19 infection, which affects the whole world, it has been determined that the virus may be related to CVD. This study aimed to evaluate the differences in CVD seen during the pandemic compared to the pre-pandemic period. The applications of patients with cerebrovascular disease in Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine Emergency Department in the pre-pandemic and post-pandemic periods were recorded. In our study, which included information about the study of COVID-19 infection and the definition and types of cerebrovascular disease, analyses were performed based on the records of CVD patients admitted to the Emergency Department of Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine, and as a result, information was provided about the conditions of CVD patients before and after the pandemic.
