Plastik malzemeden mamul dişli çarkların hesap yöntemleri ve kullanım alanları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, gün geçtikçe metal dişlilerin yerini alan plastik dişliler incelenmiştir. Plastik malzemelerin genel özellikleri tanımlandıktan sonra plastik dişli çarkların özellikleri, alın dişlilerin hesaplama yöntemleri (mukavemet hesabı, ısı kontrolü vb.), konstrüksiyonu ve bu esnada dikkat edilecek hususlar incelenmiştir. Ayrıca sessiz çalışma için uygulanması gereken konstrüktif tedbirler de ele alınmıştır.

In this study, plastic gearwheels which take the place of metal gearwheel nowadays are examined. After defining the general characteristics of plastic materials the properties of plastic gearwheels, the computation methods and design of spur wheels, (such as strength calculations, temperature control etc.) and the important points at this procedure are examined. In addition, the constructive precautions which must be applied for silent running, are discussed as well.
