dc.description.abstractThe behaviour of some of the physico-chemical properties of anti-Parkinson’s disease drugs are statistically analysed which are targeted to reduce the effects of the severe symptoms especially body shaking. In this paper, the QSPR analysis of topological indices on various drugs are discussed and also shown that the topological indices are highly correlated with the physical and chemical properties of anti-Parkinson’s drugs. The analysis might provide the details for chemical and pharmaceutical industry to obtain the significance details through quantitative methods rather than practically experimenting it.
