Mesane kanserlerinde bacillus calmette-guerin tedavisi

Abstract

Mesane kanserli 30 olguda nüksleri önlemek amacıyla intrakaviter Bacillus Calmette-Guerin tedavisi uygulandı. Sonuçlar kontrol grubunu oluşturan 30 olgu ile kıyaslandı. Tedavi grubundaki nüks oranı % 27, kontrol grubundaki ise % 47 olarak bulundu.Mesane tümörlerinin BCG ile immünoterapinin başarı oranının yüksek olduğu görüldü.Intracavitary administration of Bacillus Calmette Guerin were used to prevent the recurrence in 30 patients with transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. The results were compared in 30 patients with the same diagnosis as the control group. The recurrences ratio were 27 % and 47 % in treated group and control group respectively. BCG immunotherapy for superficial bladder cancer has been highly successful.
