Gerice yörelerde mali teşvikler ve Kahramanmaraş uygulaması

Abstract

Recently, it has been extensively studied the incentive policies and practies applied to accelarate and progress the developments in economic, social and culturel fields in Turkey. The subject of our reseach is the incentive policies in the Priority Development Areas, in Kahramanmaraş. The historical development and their up to date applications of incentive policies in the other countries and in Turkey have been handled. The incentive policies are adopted in the economy of all countries in variour fields and in different ways. During the applications of incentive policies, all countries have been classfied into the Priority Development Areas or Sectors according to their development level.In this study, adoptations have been made as above principles. In Turkey, incentive policies are adopted beging seperated into rigions according to their development levels. Incentive are adopted in various ways due to the certificated and non-certificated investments in private sector. The areas are classfied as developed, Normal and Having Priority in the First and Second Degree in Turkey. The classification of the areas have been made by D.P.T. (State Plannig Organization) Kahramanmaraş is having Second Degree Priority Development. Good results have been taken by the application of incentive policies in our research areas. In our study the results of incentive policies have been discussed.
