Aterosklerotik hastalarda fraxiparine tedavisinin trombosit agregasyonuna etkisi

Abstract

Çalışmamızda, bir düşük moleküler ağırlıklı heparin (LMWH) olan fraxiparine in aterosklerotik hastalarda trombosit agregasyonu üzerine etkisi incelendi. Deney grubunu oluşturan hastalara fraxiparine (150 I. Ü/kg), tek doz ve yedi gün tekrarlayan dozlar şeklinde subkutan olarak uygulandı. Kontrol ve deney gruplarında trombosit agrega iyonlar incelendi. Aterosklerozlu hasta grubunun trombosit agregasyonunda, kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı bir artış vardı. Hasta grubuna fraxiparine'nin tek doz ve yedi gün uygulanması sonucunda, aterosklerotik hastalarda gözlenen artmış trombosit agregasyonunda azalma gözlendi.

In our study, the effect of fraxiparine -a low molecular weight heparin- on platelet aggregation in atherosclerotic patients was investigated. Fraxiparine was administered to the experiment group single dose and for a week subcutaneously. Platelet aggregation was exanıined in both groups. Platelet aggregation increased significantly in atherosclerotic patients compared to the control group. After administration of fraxiparine single dose and once daily for seven days, the increased platelet aggregation was decreased in atherosclerotic patients.
