Serbest muhasebeci mali müşavir stajyerlerinin stajyerlik sürecinde karşılaştıkları sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri

Abstract

Türkiye' de muhasebecilik mesleği 13.06.1989 tarihinde çıkan 3568 sayılı meslek yasası ile "Serbest muhasebecilik (SM), Serbest muhasebeci mali müşavirlik (SMMM) ve Yeminli mali müşavirlik (YMM) olarak hukuki bir nitelik kazanmıştır. Serbest muhasebeci mali müşavirler ve yeminli mali müşavirler odaları birliği (TÜRMOB), muhasebe meslek mensupları ve aday meslek mensuplarının sorunlarına çözüm bulma gayreti içinde olmasına rağmen, günümüzde hala çözümü beklenen sorunlar bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, iş hayatında önemli bir yer tutan muhasebe mesleğinde aday meslek mensubunun yani serbest muhasebeci mali müşavir (SMMM) stajyerlerinin stajyerlik sürecinde yaşadıkları sorunların tespiti ve çözümü konusunda bazı önerilerin sunulması hedeflenmiştir.Turkey's accountancy profession 13.6.1989 Date of the profession with law No. 3568 "Free accountancy (SM), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and certified public accountants (CPA) has won the legal nature. In this study, it is aimed to present some suggestions about the determination and solution of the problems experienced by the candidate profession, the independent accountant financial advisor (SMMM) trainees in the accounting profession, which has an important place in business life.
