Özet

This review explores to treat cellulosic fibers in the supercritical carbondioxide (scCO(2)) medium. Substituting traditional chemical processes with supercritical solvents can markedly reduce water consumption and chemical waste in textile manufacturing. This approach not only enhances process efficiency but also preserves the chemical and physical properties of cellulose, thereby minimizing environmental impact. The study advocates for adopting supercritical processes as a novel method for sustainable textile production. It underscores the significant role these processes can play in enhancing sustainability and efficiency within the textile industry.
