İnvasif mol nedeniyle oluşan uterus perforasyonu

Abstract

Mol hidatiform ve koryokarsinom bir ara lezyonu olan invasif mol nadiren uterus perforasyonuna ve intraabdominal kanamaya sebep olabilir. Kliniğimizde 1974 yılından beri ilk defa gördüğümüz invaziv mol nedeniyle oluşan bir uterus perforasyonu olgusu sunulmuştur.Invasive mole which is an intermediary lesion of hydatidiform mole and choriocarcinoma, rarely causes perforation of the uterus. A case of uterine perforation caused by an invasive mole which we have seen for the first time since 1974 in our clinic, is presented.
