Öğrenci emeği: Esnek işgücü piyasasında üniversite öğrencileri

Abstract

Esneklik uygulamalarının tabana yayılmasıyla birlikte, günümüzde üniversite öğrencileri işgücü piyasası içerisine daha fazla dahil olmaya başlamıştır. Üniversite eğitimi görürken; harçlığını çıkartmak, deneyim kazanmak, networklerini genişletmek, boş zamanlarını değerlendirmek gibi çeşitli sebeplerle işgücü piyasasına giren öğrenciler günümüz istihdamının önemli bir bölümünü oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; bu sürecin neden ve nasıl geliştiği, öğrencilerin işgücü piyasası içerisine girmesini etkilen faktörler ve diğer tarafta yer alan işverenlerin öğrencileri tercih etme nedenleri, bu duruma aracı olan Üniversitelerin esneklik uygulamaları veya yönlendirmeleri ve bunların sosyolojik etkileri üzerinde durulmuştur.Nowadays, universty students started to get more involved with in the labour market now that flexible job practices are more widespread. These students are taking place in the labour market while they are still under education for the purposes of getting pocket money, earning experience, creating a network for their free times. By doing they so contribute greatly to the market. This research discource upon how and which is process developed, the factors that affects the decisions of students who conside rtaking place in labour market and on the otherhand reasons why employers prefer these university students. Also the flexible policies and guidances of universities which acts as a bridge between employers and students and overall sociological affects of these aspects.
