Abstract
Bu çalışmada ilk olarak literatürde yer alan aparat tip ve çeşitleri incelenmiş ve elli farklı aparat içeren bir aparat kütüphanesi oluşturulmuştur. Aparat kütüphanesinde bulunan aparatların teknik resimleri I-DEAS paket programının Drafting modülü ile çizilmiştir. Kütüphanedeki aparatlar; prizmatik, silindirik, kap şekilli ve düzlemsel parça şekillerine uygun tarzdadır. Talaşlı işlem çeşitliliği düşünülerek bu parça tiplerine uygulanacak operasyon tipleri frezeleme ve matkap ile delme işlemleri ile sınırlanmıştır. I İş parçası konumlama - yerleştirme, bağlama prensipleri ve kullanılan yardımcı eleman tipleri incelenmiştir. İfadenin semboller ile tanımı olan kodlama prosedürü Grup Teknolojisi ve kodlama yapıları işlendikten sonra aparatlar kodlanmış ve gruplanmıştır. Bu kod yapısını kullanarak; iş parçasına ve istenen talaşlı işleme uygun aparatlardan oluşan bir aparat grubuna ulaştıran algoritma oluşturulmuştur. Bu algoritmada kullanıcının puanlaması ile gruptaki aparatlardan en uygun olanı seçilebilmektedir. Algoritma Turbo Pascal 6.0 programlama dilinde yapılan program ile de desteklenmiştir.
This study is primarly concemed with construction of a library database that contains fifty different types of Jigs and Fixtures which have found practical use in the industry with the help of the literatüre survey achieved. The technical drawings of the Jigs and Fixtures are utilized by using the drafting modüle of I-DEAS software. The Jigs and Fixtures existing in the library database are applicable to planar, cylindirical, prismatic and cup-shaped work pieces. Considering the variety in the types of metal-cutting processes, the operations to be applied on these workpieces are limited with imilling and drilling processes. The placement, locating and clemping of the workpieces and the types of equipments used for this purpose are studied. After the determination of the group technology, which is the coding procedure of phrasal structures and the determination of code structures, ali Jigs and Fixtures are coded and grouped by using this code structure, an algorithm is designed for the determination of the correct jigs& fıxtures group depending on the workpiece and the metal cutting process. Using this algorithm, the most correct the jigs& fıxtures in group previously determined is selected by user-given values. This algorithm is also achieved by the software written in Turbo Pascal 6.0
