Fractures that may occur with low-energy trauma due to primary bone tumors, metastatic lesions, osteoporosis or osteomyelitis are called pathological fractures, and the second most common bone of pathological fractures is the humerus. Their diagnosis, treatment and follow-up process are very different from those of normal fractures and should be managed with a multidisciplinary approach. It should be kept in mind that advanced radiological examinations and blood tests have gained a lot of importance and treatment options are high thanks to the variety of implants available. In this chapter, we will explain the diagnosis and treatment process in pathological humerus fractures. We aimed to provide a narrative enriched with case examples.
