Doğrudan ve dolaylı işlevleri yönünden üniversiteye hazırlık dershaneleri

Abstract

Eğitim toplumun yapısını değiştiren ve daha iyi yaşam standartları sağlayan toplumsal bir kuvvet olarak kabul edilmiştir. Değişen Türkiye koşullarında, eğitim kurumu bu hızlı değişimden fazlasıyla etkilenmiştir. Artan nüfusa karşılık öncelikle ekonomik, daha sonra politik nedenlerden ötürü eğitim kurumlan kendilerini yenileyememiştir. Eğitim sistemi toplumun ihtiyaçlarını karşılayamayınca, alternatif eğitim kurumları ortaya çıkmıştır. Türk eğitim sisteminde üniversiteye giriş basamağı çok önemlidir. Öğrenciler ve ebeveynleri üniversiteye girişte en yüksek puanlan alabilmenin en iyi yolunu araştırmışlardır. Bu ihtiyaca cevap vermek özel dershanelerin işi olmuş ve bu oluşum hızla kurumsallaşmıştır. Her geçen gün Türk eğitim sisteminde önemi gittikçe artmıştır. Üniversite giriş sınavının içeriği ile okullardaki öğretim programı arasında benzerlik yoktur. Ayrıca okullardaki öğretmenlerin akademik seviyesi eşit değildir. Bunun gibi nedenlerden ötürü özel dershaneler hızla artmıştır. Gelişmekte olan ülkemiz Türkiye'nin özel eğitim kuramlarına destek vermek ve eğitim sistemine acil çözümler üretmek temel uğraşılardan biri olmalıdır. Bu politika rasyonel bir çözüm yolu olarak kabul edilmiştir. Bu politikanın bir sonucu olarak 625 sayılı yasa ile özel dershaneler kurulmuştur. Toplumsal gelişme ve eğitim perspektifinden baktığımızda Türk toplum yapısı içindeki eğitim kurumunda Özel dershanelerin önemi gözlemlenebilir. Özellikle yükseköğretime ve ortaöğretime girişte özel dershanelerin ağırlığı daha fazla hissedilmektedir.

Education was accepted as a social event that changes the structure of society and provides better life standard. On changing conditions of Turkey, education has been affected by this variation very much. On the contrary to over population, our education institutions couldn't renew themselves, for firstly economic, secondly political reasons. Alternative institutions had to established; because of education system couldn't have provided the need of society. The most important success in our education, is the university entrance examination. The students and their parents look for the way for getting the best possible grade in examination. So this need causes to established new institutions, private courses for preparation for to examinations. Day by day the private courses number has increased in our education system. There are not much similarity between the contrast of university entrance exam and school program. Also teacher's academic degrees aren't equal. For such reasons, the numbers of private education increase very fast. To get better education system, Turkey as a developing country should help and support private education course institutions. This policy was accepted a rational solutions. As a result of this policy, private education courses are accepted by the public law 625 of. When we look from the perspective of social change and education, we can see the importance of the private courses. The weight of them has been felt especially in university entrance examination and in secondary schools entrance examinations.
