Bu çalışma, 16-21 Haziran 1996 tarihleri arasında Jerusalem[İsrail]'de düzenlenen 3. International ISHS Symposium on In Vitro Culture and Horticultural Breeding'de bildiri olarak sunulmuştur.
The nodal tissues of tomato are capable of producing and distributing hormones. This structure eliminates the cytokinin requirement in the initial culture medium. However, multiple shoot formation under in vitro conditions requires a higher cytokinin quantity.
