Espiye'de halk dindarlığı

Abstract

İnsanların diğer yörelerden farklı olarak tarihsel, ekonomik, sosyolojik ve kültürel deneyimleri bağlamında geliştirdikleri inanç ve uygulamaları kendi başlarına özgünlüklerini oluşturur. Bu özgünlüklerin ve buradan hareketle de halk dindarlığı görünümlerinin açığa çıkarılması bu çalışmanın hedefidir. Hedefe ulaşırken sosyolojinin bilimsel yöntemleri kullanılarak Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesi'nde Giresun İli'nin bir ilçesi olan Espiye'de halk dindarlığı araştırılmıştır. Sosyolojik bir kurum olarak din, siyasal anlamda çekişmelere sahne olsa da, çalışmada ele alınan halk dindarlığı bu sahnenin uzağındadır. İki bölümden oluşan çalışmada önce yörenin genel yapısı ele alınmış, daha sonra yörede halk dindarlığının temel görünümleri incelenmiştir.

Unlike the other regions, people’s own faith and implementations which they improved within the context of their historical, economic, sociological and cultural experiences creat their own individuality. To be discovered of this individuality and thus the appearance of the public piety is the main aim of this study. To achieve the aim, the popular religiousity in Espiye which is a district of Giresun in Eastern Black Sea Region has been researched using the scientific methods of sociology. Even though religion is a witness of politically contentions as a sociological institution, the popular religiousity that is discussed in this study is apart from that conflict. In this dimerious study firstly the general structure of the district and then the essential outlook of the popular religiousity in the region have been analised.
