Lisânuddîn Ibnu’l-Hatîb ve Arap edebiyatındaki yeri

Abstract

İbnu’l-Hatîb, Endülüs’teki son İslâm hanedanı olan Benî Ahmer Devleti’nin siyasi anlamda zor günler geçirdiği dönemlerde (h.VIII/m. XIV) yaşamıştır. Benî Ahmer Devletinde siyasi kişiliğiyle yer edinmiş bir devlet adamı, söz konusu dönem hakkında verdiği bilgiler ile seçkin bir tarihçi, nesir ve şiir alanlarında becerisini ortaya koymuş olan edip ve şairdir. Tarih, coğrafya, siyaset, fıkıh, tasavvuf, tıp, şiir ve edebiyat gibi alanlarda yazdığı eserlerle döneminde ön plana çıkmıştır Tez; giriş ve dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Girişte, tezin içeriğinden bahsedilmekte, birinci bölümde genel hatlarıyla Endülüs tarihi incelenmekte, ikinci bölümde İbnu’l-Hatîb’in hayatı ve eserleri ele alınmakta, üçüncü bölümde Endülüs Arap Edebiyatı hakkında bilgi verilmekte, dördüncü bölümde ise İbnu’l-Hatîb’in Arap Edebiyatı’ndaki yerini tespit etmek amacıyla, eserlerinin dil, üslup ve edebî unsurlar açısından değerlendirilmesi yapılmaktadır.

Ibnu'l-Hatib lived during the period (h.VIII / m. XIV) when the last Islamic dynasty in Andalusia, the Bani Ahmer State, was going through politically difficult times. He is a statesman known for his political personality in the Bani Ahmer State, a well known historian due to informations he provided about the period in point, furthermore is a literary and poet, who put forward his skills in the fields of prose and poetry. He came forward through his works in the fields of such as history, geography, politics, fiqh, mysticism, medicine, poetry and literature. The thesis consists of four chapters and introduction. In the introduction, the content of the thesis is mentioned. In the first chapter, Andalusian history is analyzed in general terms, in the second chapter, Ibnu'l-Hatib's life and works are discussed, in the third chapter information about Andalusian Arabic Literature is given and in the last chapter Ibnu'l-Hatib's works are evaluated in terms of language, style and literary elements for the purpose of detecting his value in Arabic literature.
