Türkiye'de özel istihdam büroları aracılığı ile geçici iş ilişkisi ve sosyal hukuka etkileri

Abstract

Sanayileşme süreci içinde meydana gelen her değişim çalışma hayatını da etkilemektedir. Küreselleşme hareketleri, artan uluslararası rekabet, gelişen teknoloji, çalışma hayatındaki esneklik uygulamaları, artan işsizlik yeni iş ilişkilerini gündeme getirmektedir. Bu ilişkilerden biri de özel istihdam büroları aracılığı ile kurulan geçici iş ilişkisidir. 2016 yılında 4857 sayılı İş Kanunu’nda yapılan değişiklikle özel istihdam bürolarının işçi işveren ilişkilerinde aracılık fonksiyonunun yanı sıra geçici işçi sağlama sözleşmesi yolu ile geçici iş ilişkisi de kurabilecekleri kabul edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada özel istihdam büroları aracılığı ile kurulan geçici iş ilişkisinin esasları ve sosyal hukuka etkileri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.Every change that occurs in the process of industrializational so affects working life.
