Tekstil sektöründe atık ısı destekli ısı pompası uygulamaları

Abstract

Bu tez tekstil endüstrisi içinde atık durumda olan enerjinin ısı pompası uygulamasıyla geri kazanımı üzerine yapılmış bir çalışmadır. Başlangıçta endüstri içindeki prosesler açıklanmış ve atılan enerjinin miktarları saptanmıştır. Atık durumda olan enerjinin ısı pompası için uygun olanları seçilmiştir. Daha sonra bu geri kazanım sistemleri kurulmuş teknik ve ekonomik açıdan incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak kurulan bu geri kazanım sistemlerin enerji eldesi için Doğalgaz ve LPG kullanan sistemlere entegre edilmiş ekonomik açıdan ve atık enerjinin geri kazanımı açısından gözle görülür iyileşmelere yol açtığı görülmüştür.This thesis is concerned with the applications of the regain of the wasted energy which is used for the textyle industry processes. First of all, sample applications in this industry are examined.for the execution of this study. The amount of wasted energy which can be used for heat pump is determined in each process. Secondly, the regain systems of the suitable wasted energy sources are established and examined economically and technically. As a result of this study, the amount of energy expended for natural gas and LPG systems and the cost of energy is reduced.
