Dikiş makinalarında modernizasyon

Abstract

Bu çalışmada konfeksiyon sanayiinde kullanılan dikiş makinaları genel olarak ele alınarak modernizasyon faaliyetlerini incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Modernizasyon faaliyetlerinin yoğunlaştığı alanlar araştırılmış ve bunun nedenleri incelenmiştir. Klasik makinaların iş desteği ile verimlerinin arttırılması ve yardımcı faaliyetlerin otomasyon yollan ve araçları incelenmiştir. Modern dikiş makinası elemanları ve mikroprosesör kontrollü sistemlerin uygulama alanları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Örnek operasyonların, farklı teknolojik seviyedeki makinalar tarafından yapılması durumunda, bir operasyon için en verimli modernizasyon seviyesi, verim, maliyet, ve ekonomiklik kriterleri karşılaştırılarak tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Böylece konfeksiyonda çok değişken zorluklardaki operasyonların, modernizasyon seviyesinin ekonomikliğine etkisi elde edilmiştir.The aim of this study is to examine sewing machines used in clothing industry in general and investigate the modernisation possibilities and causes. Increasing productivity of the classical sewing machines with work aids and automation methods and devices of the subsidiary operations are investigated. Components of the modern sewing machines and application fields of the microprocessor based control systems are examined. Most productive modernisation level for sample operations is determined. Productivity, cost and economy criterions are compared for modern and classical sewing machines for some operations. In this way, the effect of the modernisation level of the different operations on the fisibility of the modernisation level is obtained.
