İnsanın anlam ve mutluluk arayışında inancın rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, insanın anlam ve mutluluk arayışı, Logoterapi ve anlam arayışı, Logoterapi ve teoloji, nihaî anlam arayışında inanç ve dinin rolü konuları ele alınıp araştırılmıştır. İnsanın anlam arayışı ve anlamsızlık, mutluluk arayışı ve mutsuzluk ile ilgili konulara dair görüşler incelenmiş olup, anlam-anlamsızlık ve mutluluk-mutsuzluk olgularının yapısal niteliklerine açıklama getirilmiştir. Logoterapinin, anlam arayışındaki insana sunduğu yanıtlar ve teolojiye bakışı ele alınmıştır. Tanrı inancı, dinî inanç ve ebedîyet inancının, insanın anlam-nihaî anlam arayışındaki rolü araştırılıp incelenmiştir. Logoterapinin, bir psikoterapi ekolü olarak bulduğu tekniklerle ve sunduğu yanıtlarla, insanın anlam arayışına katkıda bulunduğu saptanmıştır. Tanrı inancı, dinî inanç ve ebedîyet inancının, anlam ve nihaî anlam arayışındaki inanan insana, nihaî bir dünya görüşü ve kalıcı anlamlar sunarak rehberlik ettiği ve destek olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

This study focuses on the subjects of man’s search of meaning and happiness, Logotherapy and search of meaning, Logotherapy and theology; and the role of faith and religion in the search of ultimate meaning. It examines the arguments regarding meaninglessness and man’s search of meaning, unhappiness and search of happiness and explanations have been brought about the structural qualities of the phenomena of meaning-meaninglessness and happiness-unhappiness. Answers to man’s search of meaning provided by Logotherapy and its views on theology are discussed. The role of belief in God, religious belief and belief in eternal life are examined with respect to the man’s search of meaning and ultimate meaning. It is determined that Logotherapy, as a school of psychotherapy, contributes to man’s search of meaning via the techniques and answers it provides. As a result, it is concluded that belief in God, religious belief and belief in eternal life guide and support the believers in their search of meaning and ultimate meaning, by providing an ultimate worldview and lasting answers.
