Örgütsel ekoloji kuramı ışığında Covid-19 pandemi sürecinin özel okul popülasyonunun hayatta kalma durumuna etkisine yönelik bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu araştırma, örgütsel ekoloji kuramı ışığında Covid-19 salgınının özel okul popülasyonunun hayatta kalma durumuna nicel etkisini ortaya koymak amacı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Strateji Geliştirme Başkanlığı’nın her yıl yayınladığı nicel özellikli ikincil verilerdir. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler 1979-2022 yılları arasını kapsamaktadır. Bu veriler, önce veri setlerine dönüştürülmüş, ardından veri setlerinden zaman serileri elde edilmiştir. Dört zaman serisine dönüştürülen veriler EViews12 programında zaman serisi analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada örgütsel ekoloji kuramı bağlamında iri taneli değişim olarak değerlendirilen Covid-19 salgınının özel okul popülasyonunun hem okul sayısına hem de öğrenci sayısına her düzeyde negatif yönde anlamlı biçimde etki ettiği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.This research was conducted to reveal the quantitative effect of the Covid-19 epidemic on the survival status of the private school population in the light of organizational ecology theory. The data used in the research are quantitative secondary data published annually by the Ministry of National Education Strategy Development Directorate. The data used in the study covers the period from 1979 to 2022. These data were first converted into data sets, and then time series were obtained from the data sets. The data, which were converted into four time series, were analyzed and interpreted by the time series analysis method in the EViews12 program. Quantitative research method was used in the research. The study found that the Covid-19 pandemic, considered a large- scale change in the context of organizational ecology theory, had a negative impact on both the number of schools and the number of students in the private school population at all levels.
