Mavi sedir "Cedrus atlantica 'glauca'"'nın aşı ve çelikle çoğaltımı üzerine araştırmalar

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Cedrus atlantica 'Glauca ' nın çelik yoluyla çoğaltanında; sonbahar aylarında hazırlanan çelikler 4000- 6000- 8000 ppm.'lik IB A ile muamele edilmiştir. Aşı yoluyla çoğaltanda ise; Yarma aşı ile kertikli yan aşı metodları ilkbahar ve sonbahar aylarında yapılmıştır. Aşı tutma oranları,sürgün çaplan,sürgün uzunlukları mevsimler ve aşı metotlarında verdiği sonuçlara göre saptanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, sonbaharda hazırlanan çeliklere yapılan IBA uygulamalarından sonuç alınamamış ve köklenme gerçekleşememiştir. Aşı ile yapılan çoğaltanda ise ;Sonbaharda yapılan kertikli yan aşı tutma oranı %70 ile en iyi sonucu vermiştir. İlkbaharda ise yarma aşı ve kertikli yan aşı %100 aşı tutma oranıyla aynı sonucu vermiştir.

In this research, the propagation of Cedrus atlantica 'Glauca' by cuttings were prepared during the autumn and treated by IBA of 4000,6000 and 8000 ppm.On the other side, the propagation by grafting ; which contains cleft graft and the side-veneer graft methods, were realized during spring and autumn. The percentages of bud taking, diameter of the shoots and length of shoots were determined according to the results, of different seasons and grafting methods. As a result of this research, there was no positive result of IBA treatments, obtainedby cutting method in autumn and rooting was not appeared.In spite of this,the best result was obtained with the method side-veneer grafting during autumn with %70 successful rate.In spring, same results were obtained by two different grafting methods (cleft graft and side-veneer graft), with %100 succesful rate.
