Okullarda görev alan manevi danışmanların karşılaştığı sorunlar (Bursa örneği)

Abstract

Manevi danışmanlık uygulamaları dünyada, farklı hizmet alanlarında günden güne rağbet gören bir konuma yükselmektedir. Manevi danışmanlığın görüldüğü alanlardan biri de okullardır. Ülkemizde okullarda manevi danışmanlık uygulamalarını konu alan çalışmaların sayısı fazla değildir ve okullarda görev alan manevi danışmanların sorunlarını ele alan müstakil bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Manevi danışmanlık alanının gelişmesinde ve manevi danışmanlık hizmetlerinin etkililiğinin ve verimliliğinin artırılmasında, alana yönelik akademik çalışmaların katkısı ve önemini yadsımak mümkün değildir. Bu çalışmada, ÇEDES projesi kapsamında okullarda görev alan manevi danışmanların karşılaştıkları problemleri belirlemek ve bunların çözümüne yönelik öneriler sunmak hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Bursa ilindeki okullarda görevlendirilen din görevlileri oluşturmaktadır. Üç bölümden oluşan bu çalışmada birinci bölümde çalışmanın kavramsal çerçevesi tanıtılmış, ikinci bölümde manevi danışmanlığın Türkiye’de uygulandığı alanlar ile yurt dışında okullarda manevi danışmanlık hizmetlerine yer verilmiş, yurt dışındaki okullarda görev yapan manevi danışmanların sorunları ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise Bursa ilindeki okullarda görevlendirilen 14 manevi danışman ile yapılan görüşmelerden elde edilen veriler incelenerek bulgular ortaya konmuş, yorumlanarak tartışılmıştır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmış, elde edilen veriler durum çalışması ve betimsel analiz yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, okullarda görev alan manevi danışmanların çeşitli problemlerle karşı karşıya kaldığı belirlenmiş, bu problemlerin mahiyeti ve sebepleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmış, yurt dışındaki okullarda ve ülkemizdeki farklı alanlarda görevlendirilen manevi danışmanların sorunlarıyla benzerlikleri ve farklılıkları ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada manevi danışmanların görevlerini icra ederken yaşadıkları sorunların çözümüne yönelik önerilere de yer verilmiştir.Spiritual counseling practices are becoming increasingly popular in different service areas around the world. One of the areas where spiritual counseling is seen is schools. In our country, the number of studies on spiritual counseling practices in schools is not high and there is no spesific study that deals with the problems of spiritual counselors working in schools. In the development of the field of spiritual counseling and in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of spiritual counseling services, it is impossible to deny the contribution and importance of academic studies in the field. In this study, it is aimed to determine the problems encountered by spiritual counselors working in schools within the scope of the ÇEDES project and to offer suggestions for their solution. The sample of the study consists of religious counselors assigned in schools in Bursa province. In this study, which consists of three parts, the conceptual framework of the study is introduced in the first part, the areas where spiritual counseling is applied in Turkey and spiritual counseling services in schools abroad are included in the second part, and the problems of spiritual counselors working in schools abroad are discussed. In the third part, the data obtained from the interviews with 14 spiritual counselors assigned to schools in Bursa province were analyzed, the findings were presented, interpreted and discussed. Semi-structured interview technique, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study and the data obtained were evaluated by descriptive analysis method. As a result of the evaluation of the data obtained from the study, it was determined that spiritual counselors working in schools face various problems, the nature and reasons of these problems were tried to be determined, and their similarities and differences with the problems of spiritual counselors working in schools abroad and in different fields in our country were tried to be revealed. In the study, suggestions for solving the problems experienced by spiritual counselors while performing their duties were also included.
