Gemlik Körfezi kuzey kıyılarının sürdürülebilir turizm ve rekreasyon planlama kapsamında değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, Bursa ili Gemlik körfezi kuzey kıyılarında yoğun kıyı kullanımına dayalı faaliyetlerin olası olumsuz etkilerini azaltmak amacıyla; alanın doğal, kültürel varlıklarının koruma-kullanım dengesi gözetilerek turizm-rekreasyon etkinliklerinin çeşitlendirilmesi için alanın potansiyelinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Alanın sürdürülebilir turizme katılması için alana ait veriler incelenmiş ve sonucunda alanda uygulanması mümkün 5 farklı rekreasyon etkinliği belirlenmiştir. Bu etkinlikler için alanda uygun yerler, CBS araçları kullanılarak belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Etkinliklerin alana uyumluluğunun analiz edilebilmesi için rekreasyonel faaliyetlere ait değerlendirme faktörleri tespit edilmiş. Belirlenen bu faktörlerin "uygunluk sınıfı değerleri" çizelgeleri oluşturulmuştur. Değerlendirme faktörleri esas alınarak çalışma alanına ait doğal ve kültürel özellikler saptanmış ve bilgisayar ortamında aktarılarak CBS programı ile veri tabanı oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan veri tabanı, etkinliklere ait değerlendirme faktörlerine göre sorgulanmıştır. Analizler sonucu alanda: çadırlı kamp etkinliği için “En Uygun” alanların yüzey alanı 100.52 ha “Uygun” alanların yüzey alanı ise 264.65 ha; karavan kampı etkinliği için “En Uygun” 110.04 ha, “Uygun” 7984.66 ha; doğa yürüyüşü etkinliği için “En Uygun” 173.49 ha, “Uygun” 1790.2 ha; trekking etkinliği için “En Uygun” 1747.71 ha “Uygun” 4259.9 ha; manzara ve doğa fotoğrafçılığı etkinliği için “En Uygun” 6162.53 ha, “Uygun” 72.12 ha alan belirlenmiştir.

In this thesis study, in order to reduce the possible negative effects of activities based on intensive coastal use on the northern shores of Gemlik Bay in Bursa; It is intended to determine the potential of the area for the diversification of tourism-recreation activities by izing the conservation-use balance of the natural and cultural assets of the area. In the field to participate in sustainable tourism, the data of the field were examined and as a result, 5 different recreation events were determined which could be applied in the field. For these activities, appropriate locations in the field were tried to be determined using GIS tools. Evaluation factors for the activities have been determined in order to analyze the compliance of the activities in the field. "Eligibility class values" charts of these factors have been created. In accordance with the evaluation factors, natural and cultural characteristics of the field of research were identified and transferred in the computer environment and a database was created with the GIS program. The database created is questioned according to the evaluation factors for the activities. Analytics result field: surface area of “Most Suitable” areas for camping with tents 100.52 ha, surface area of “Suitable” areas 264.65 ha; “Most Suitable” 110.04 ha,“Suitable” 7984.66 ha for trailer camp event; the “Most Suitable” 173.49 ha, “Suitable” 1790.2 ha for the hiking event “Most Suitable” 1747.71 ha “Suitable” 4259.9 ha for trekking activity;“Most Suitable” 6162.53 ha,“Suitable” 72.12 ha area has been determined for the landscape and nature photography activities.
