Dispers boyama reçetelerinin işlem koşullarına olan renk hassasiyetlerinin araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalısmada, poliester kumasların dispers boyarmaddeler ile boyanmasında degisen islem kosullarının renk hassasiyeti ve yıkama haslıkları üzerine etkileri arastırılmıstır. Deneysel çalısma iki kısımdan meydana gelmistir. lk çalısmada üç degisik enerji seviyesindeki dispers boyalar ile boyama deneyleri yapılmıstır. Bu deneylerde poliester boyama parametrelerinden boyama sıcaklıgı, boyama süresi ve flotte oranında degisiklikler yapılarak, üç farklı konsantrasyonda renk farklılıkları ölçülmüstür. Bu ölçümler yapılırken boya üreticisi firma tarafından tavsiye edilen proses ile yapılmıs boyamalar standart olarak kabul edilmistir. Elde edilen sonuçlar matematiksel bir formülasyon ile renk hassasiyetine dönüstürülmüs, bu sonuçlar tablolar ve grafikler seklinde gösterilmistir. kinci çalısmada ise piyasada çok sık kullanılan siyah dispers bir boya ile deneysel çalısma yapılmıs ve bu kumasların yıkama haslıkları incelenmistir. Bu deneylerde poliester boyama parametrelerinden, boyama sıcaklıgı, boyama süresi ve boya konsantrasyonu degistirilerek boyama deneyleri yapılmıstır. Boyama islemi sonunda kumasların yıkama haslıkları ölçülmüs, sonuçlar tablolar ve grafikler halinde gösterilmistir. Elde edilen sonuçlarla, poliesterin optimum boyama sartlarından bir veya daha fazlasının degismesiyle, renk hassasiyetinin, ne sekilde etkilendigi incelenmistir.

The investigation of color sensitivity of disperse dyestuff recipes to the process conditions. In this study, the effects of changing process conditions to the color sensitivity and to wash fastness properties of the polyester fabrics were investigated by using different disperse dyes. The experimental study was carried out in two parts. In the first part, dyeing experiments were carried out by using three different energy level disperse dyes. In this part, dyeing temperature, dying time and liquor ratio were changed. The color values were measured. The dyeing process recommended by the dyestuff manufacturer was used as the starting point while calculating the color differences. The results were transformed to color sensitivity using mathematical formulation. The results were shown in tables and graphics. In the second part, dyeing experiments were carried out by using a black disperse dyestuff and the washing fastness of the dyed fabrics were investigated. The dyeing experiments were made by changing the parameters like temperature, time and concentration. After dyeing the washing fastness of the fabrics were measured and the results were given as tables and graphics. Color sensitivity has been investigated by changing the dyeing parameters of disperse dyeing of polyester fabrics.
