Prototip floklama makinesi tasarımı, imalatı ve flok iplik üretimi

Abstract

Çalışma kapsamında ilk olarak floklama işleminin tarihsel gelişimi, temel floklama işlemi ve aşamaları, flok iplik yapısı, flok iplik üretimi, flok iplik kullanım alanları ve elde edilen kumaş özelliklerinden bahsedilmiş ve flok iplikler ve flok iplik makineleri ile ilgili yapılmış çalışmalar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Çalışmanın devamı ise iki bölümden oluşmuştur.Birinci bölümde, prototip floklama makinesi tasarımı, imalatı ve flok iplik üretimi gerçekleştirilmiş ve yapılan deneme üretimleri sonucu elde edilen flok iplik özellikleri değerlendirilerek çalışma parametrelerinin optimizasyonunu sağlanmıştır. İkinci bölümde, iplik özelliklerine makine çalışma parametrelerinin etkisini incelemek ve optimum çalışma koşullarını belirlemek amacıyla farklı flok iplikler üretilmiştir. Üretilen flok ipliklerin numara, kopma yükü, kopma mukavemeti, kopma uzaması ve iplik aşınması test sonuçları incelenmiştir. Ardından üretilen flok iplikler ve bu ipliklerle aynı numarada olan bir şenil iplik ile dokuma kumaş üretimi gerçekleştirilip, kumaşların aşınma test sonuçları incelenmiştir. İplik ve kumaşlardan elde edilen test sonuçları istatistikî olarak yorumlanmıştır.Daha sonra da ileride yapılacak çalışmalar hakkında öneriler sunulmuştur.

In this study, first of all, the historical development of the flocking process, basic flocking process and its stages, production of flock yarn, area of flock yarn?s usage are mentioned. The informations about the study of flock yarns and their machinery system are given. The rest of the project was formed within two sections.In the first section, design and production of the prototype of the flocking machine and production of flock yarn were done. Parameters of the study were optimized by considering the resulting properties of flock yarn production which was done for test.In the second section, different types of flock yarns were produced for observing the effects of the working parameters of machine on the properties of yarn and determining the optimum working conditons. Test results of lineer density, breaking load, breaking strength, breaking elongation and yarn abrasion of the produced yarn were analyzed. The woven fabric production was implemented with produced flock yarns and a chenille yarn which has the same number as these flock yarns. Abrasion test results of fabrics were observed. Also the test results which was handled from fabrics and yarn were interpreted statistically.Afterwards, the suggestions were made about the future studies about this subject.
