Temiz üretim yöntemlerinin traktör üretimi yapan bir tesiste irdelenmesi

Abstract

Dünya üzerinde uygulanan temiz üretim tekniklerinin ve yöntemlerinin otomotiv sektöründe, bilhassa traktör alanında, kullanılan üretim prosesleri açısından irdelenmesi, temiz üretimin otomotive uygulanabilirliğinin incelenmesi ve gerekli proses iyileştirmelerinde bulunulması amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında Ankara'da faaliyet gösteren bir traktör üretim tesisi incelenmiştir. Traktör üretim tesisi entegre kalite yönetimini ve dünya klasında üretim yöntemlerini benimsemiştir. Bu kapsamda üretim başta olmak üzere sürekli iyileştirme çalışmaları yapılmaktadır. Tez çalışması kapsamında üretim aşamalarında çevreye yönelik olarak yapılan iyileştirmeler incelenmiştir. İyileştirme projelerinin maliyet, verimlilik ve kazanç edinimleri ortaya konulmuştur. Son adımda ise tesisin uygulayabileceği bir projenin fizibilite çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir.

It is aimed to examine the clean production techniques and methods applied in the world in the automotive sector, especially in the field of tractor manufacturing, in terms of production processes are used, to examine the applicability of clean production to automotive and to make the necessary process improvements. In this study a tractor production plant, which is established in Ankara, was examined. Integrated quality management systems and world class manufacturing methods adopted to the production line. In this context continuous improvement studies on the production line is being carried out. In this study, environmental improvements in production stages were investigated. Cost, efficiency and earning acquisitions of environmental improvements are presented. In the last stage the feasibility study of the project was carried out.
